I want to know what I can do with this thing.but compared to the Cubase forum I frequent, this forum is really slow and I cant get any info. Thats why I started this thread bcuz I dont want to be sorry later. These are very rare and highly sought after, get it before I post on e-bay and you will pay more plus shipping.

I just installed it into my TRITON Extreme. Reply to: for sale is a barely used Korg Exb-Moss for Triton series and Karma keyboard. I'll take that piece of garbage off your hands for 100.00 Is this a slow forum or is this just not a great question? I will probably sell the thing at this rate. I am so not convinced this thing is really necessary.

It's pretty impressive: Ĭurrent Korg Gear: KRONOS 88 (4GB), M50-73 (PS mod), RADIAS-73, Electribe MX, Triton Pro (MOSS, SCSI, CF, 64MB RAM), DVP-1, MEX-8000, MR-1, KAOSSilator, nanoKey, nanoKontrol, nanoPad 2, 3x DS1H, 7x PS1, FC7 (yes Korg, NOT Yamaha). Go here for info on all MOSS is capable of. MOSS was developed by Stanford and Yamaha and licensed to Korg. Also, it's a PITA to use it in a COMBI or sequence if you don't do it a lot. If your band plays songs down or up from the original key, the MOSS card WILL NOT TRANSPOSE. At the time, it did some impressive organs, reed instruments and VA. The MOSS board adds modeling of a bunch of different types (not just VA) to your Triton. I know its suppose to be amazing, tell me why! I searched the forum and found little on the subject.

I tried the Z1 manual thing and that was useless for me.

Your best way of finding out what it can do is search for the Korg Z1 manuals and reference material. Please send it to me and I'll take it off your hands for free. Nah, the EXB-MOSS is terrible and useless. Software: NI Komplete 10 Ultimate, Arturia V Collection, Ableton Live 9. Past Gear: Korg Karma, TR61, Poly800, EA-1, ER-1, ES-1, Kawai K1, Novation ReMote37SL, Boss GT-6B Other Mfgrs: Moog Sub37, Roland Boutique JX03, Novation MiniNova, Akai APC40, MOTU MIDI TimePiece 2, ART Pro VLA, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40. I don't have a EXB-MOSS in my KARMA yet.Ĭurrent Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II, The Z1 features a dual oscillator section with a suboscillator, with oscillator models that go beyond simple analog-type waveforms to physical models of EPs, organs, brass/reed instruments, etc. Whilst the EXB-RADIAS adds almost all of the functionality of the Radias inside the M3, the EXB-MOSS adds mostly all of the functionality of the legendary Korg Z1 synthesizer into your Triton. The EXB-MOSS is functionally similar to the EXB-RADIAS in that it adds a VA structure based synth to your workstation. Have owned Triton le, TR, Triton Studio, M3
