I have no problem if he just flat out says it "look mate, I'm not looking to spend money on this, that's why I asked for a program", and I'll have absolutely no problem with it. He did not state his budget and he owns flagship IEM that cost close to $1K, there's a chance that he might find hardware based solution is something that present a viable alternative. I'm not hiding the fact that I did not present a "program", that's why I added a question mark at the end of my suggestion - just another option if he want something more general.
